Thriving Alcohol-Free with Mocktail Mom

Ep 7 Meet Jennifer: Rock Bottom Not Required, Thriving & Free From Alcohol in her 50s

Deb, Mocktail Mom Season 1 Episode 7

Let your heart be encouraged by Episode 7 of the podcast. You can break up with wine in your 50s & begin to thrive again in your own life!

Today I had the privilege of chatting with the 1st Founding Member, Jennifer, of my private membership, Thriving Alcohol-Free with Mocktail Mom

Jennifer and I initially connected on Instagram and got to know each other when she participated in a booze break program I offered last fall with Jen Butler of Joy in During

About Jennifer:
She grew up in West Lafayette, Indiana, and went to Purdue University; after graduation, she moved to the Chicago area. While in Chicago, she was fixed up on a blind date with her husband of 30 years.  While in Chicago, she worked in marketing and investor relations and got her MBA at The University of Chicago.  After five years in Chicago and nine years in Indianapolis, they settled back in West Lafayette, where they’ve been busy raising four sons. Her family has been her greatest joy in life. Three of their sons are now college graduates; their oldest was married last year! They still have their youngest at home and enjoy every minute with him. Jen is contemplating her next “act” as they rapidly approach empty nest hood. Jen has lived a keto lifestyle for the past five years and always looks for low/no sugar mocktail recipes to share with me!

From the Episode:

  • NA WINES: These are low in sugar! Use code MOCKTAILMOM to save 10% on both of these brands:
  • NA BEER: Sam Adams Just the Haze IPA
